Many of our customers ask, "What's the difference between Benchmark and Xerox?" when they are trying to request service. The answer depends on the details of each customer's sales and/or service contract. Some contracts require that orders and service are requested directly through Xerox and some allow customers to place those requests with Benchmark directly. By making sure each customer request is processed correctly, we avoid any unwanted billing issues or service delays.
